After the lurching phaser guitar riff of their highly acclaimed debut single 'pause play' has settled into the subconscious of the listeners, hawel/mcphail furiously follow up with their brand new single 'minor commotion'!
It is almost a small miracle that the two Hamburg musicians Frehn Hawel (vocals, guitar) and Rick McPhail (drums, vocals) in over twenty years of friendship only now make common cause. But in this case, one can't help but state that it was definitely worth the wait. Pushing the door open to the hawel / mcphail cosmos with their debut single 'pause play', the garage rock duo now turns on the full stage lights on their second single 'minor commotion'.
